Let me be clear, I am not speaking of political affiliation here, but instead I am speaking in terms of right versus wrong. Since the beginning of history, man has always tried to change God’s natural law to accommodate his own desires, today is no different.
Remember this, an immoral nation is doomed to fail. Without a moral society, there is no liberty.
When you say you love me, but then tell me to go and get the jab when you already know my concerns, because you got it, I have to wonder do you really love me?
A real friend considers my uniqueness and physical differences that may play a role in how, I may respond to the jab.
A real friend understands that what may not cause them harm might cause me harm.
A real friend understands that I am fearfully and wonderfully made and I take my personal relationship with Christ, seriously.
A real friend sees me exercising and eating a nutrient dense diet that builds my body and my immune system.
A real friend recognizes that I do my own research and won’t blindly follow the government, media or doctors.
A real friend would warn me, if the road was out up ahead.
A real friend would know me well enough to know that I have made my decision after careful consideration.
A real friend would love me anyway and respect my decision, just as I have respected theirs.
A real friend would understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to medicine.
A real friend would never support any, mandate or rule that discriminates against anyone.
A real friend understands the importance of choice.
But, if my decision to abstain offends her and she determines that we can no longer be friends, I’ll let her know that I still love her as I love myself, which means I’d never knowingly ask her to harm herself to make me feel safe.
I am not scared, and I do not fear being sick as I know illness happens. “yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.” James 4:13.
While, I could spend my days worrying about what is happening in the world as many do, my time is better spent doing what Jesus has called me to do, which is sharing the gospel and living a faithful life, while there is still time, because as the Hebrew writer states, “And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes the judgment.” Hebrews 9:27.
Remember this, we have no control over life or death, no one can extend his or her life by one second longer than has been determined by God. “And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?” Matthew 6:27
It is not my responsibility to save you, only Jesus saves. “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12. It is not my responsibility to spoon feed you all of the data and research that I have spent countless hours doing, but I do it because I love you. “You shall love your neighbor as yourself, there is no greater commandment than these.” Mark 12:31. It is not my responsibility to show you the beauty of our Constitutional Republic, only you can pick up a copy of our Declaration of Independence and read it. “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness- That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
It is not responsibility to make you believe that God loves you and sent his one and only son for your salvation. ” For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16. It is not my responsibility to make you understand that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” I Corinthians 6:19&20
It is my responsibility to share the good news as Christ commanded over 2000 years ago. But acceptance is up to you. ” All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold I am with you always.” Matthew 28:18-20.
This morning before I started my Bible study, I started to think about where we are as a nation and my heart began to grieve. I thought to myself, how can I say that I love God, with all heart and all my soul and hate my neighbor. Please don’t misunderstand my message here, I don’t have to condone or support behaviors that are in violation of God’s law, I will not do that, but I can love you and show you kindness because that is what God does for me daily. God is the creator and Jesus died for every single one of us on this planet. It is through his blood that we can have salvation.
So, that made me think again as to why there is this push and desire to segregate ourselves. Who benefits from division and segregation? It certainly isn’t me or anyone else that I know. Hear me out, we aren’t going to agree on everything, because all of us come from different backgrounds and experiences. In my case, my Christian faith supersedes every man made philosophy or belief system because it is imperfect and very likely against God’s will for my life. Let me be clear here, if we have disagreements on certain topics, I can assure you, it will not be based on the color of your skin. God has already addressed this in Acts 17:26 and Romans 2:11& 12. Besides, I have too many friends that look nothing like me, that have been by my side many times when I needed them. If we can’t get past all of this color/race nonsense of one race being superior/ inferior to another then we are absolutely doomed as a nation.
It is my prayer that we can one day have in our hearts to be united as Americans instead of unhappy, warring tribes.
I see color. Just like everyone else in the world. When I meet someone I notice immediately the color of their skin, their hair color and sometimes their eye color. To say that I don’t see color would be ignorant and a failure to acknowledge the person standing in front of me.
What I don’t do is decide that they are a certain way before I get to know them based on their physical appearance. In other words, I make a point not to make assumptions until I’ve had an opportunity to get to know them. If upon further interaction I discover that we just don’t jive, it’s not because of their skin color, it’s simply because we have nothing in common, or their character is not compatible with mine; which in my opinion should be the only measure. I mean we don’t get along with every person in our same ethnic group, do we?
You see the problem with making judgments about someone based on skin is this, color or race is not indicative of the type of person one is. Sure, people share commonalities amongst race and ethnicity. But that may be where it ends. You may find that although you may share many of the same features, there might not be one thing you share in common that would make you want to spend time with that person or that, that person would want to spend time with you, outside of the obvious.
In 2021, that very much seems to be the case for me. Due to the turn my life has taken, many of my deep meaningful relationships are with people that look nothing like me. But our lives intersect in several key areas. Number one, our values are similar. We were raised in traditional homes, where our father’s were the primary breadwinners. We’re college educated and well traveled. But the main reason our lives are so intertwined is because we share the experience of raising vaccine injured children.
Through our life experiences, we have forged strong friendships that transcend color and race. We support each other, have lunch and sometimes travel to visit each other. We may not be climbing the corporate ladder in our careers, or globe trotting with our families, but when it comes to knowing diet, nutritional supplements, treatments and therapies that work best for our our children and spotting corruption from miles away these friends are hands down the best.
Oh and did I mention that we represent every race and ethnicity there is? I refer to every single one of them by their name, never their race. Even when I mention one of them outside of our community (or inside), I can’t remember saying that so and so is white, black or purple. They have names and personalities.
So, while the rest of America goes through the cultural revolution (or dissolution), of division along color lines, we’re going to stick together, support one another and continue to heal our kids. It’s what we do.
You see when I stand before God at judgment, I’m pretty certain he won’t condemn me to hell for not being “black” enough; my condemnation will come from not living a set apart, Christ centered life. In other words, not enough Christ in me. I’m just not woke enough to participate in the dissolution of our republic and I’m pretty certain, I never will be.
And he made from one man, every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, in the hope that they might feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us. Acts 17:26&27
Enjoy the “long weekend.” That is what Memorial Day represents to Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, who currently preside over our country as President and Vice President. It is still unbelievable to me that two people who have only been politicians, have zero business acumen or the ability to relate to the average American are now in charge of the management of our great nation.
The history around Memorial Day is a bit mixed, there is history that a group of newly freed slaves in Charleston, SC, actually celebrated the first Memorial Day in 1865. But it was in 1966, that the federal government declared Waterloo, New York as the official birthplace of what we now refer to as Memorial Day. Regardless of the origin of this holiday, the purpose is to remember the sacrifice of many brave men and women, who gave their lives for freedom.
Freedom. In just 14 months, I have watched people that I know and love hand over their precious gift of freedom (endowed to them by God) to the most corrupt, immoral, depraved government we have ever had in this country without question, out of fear. It has been like watching a movie, believing at some point that they would wake up and see the truth. To no avail, they are still asleep.
It seems that no amount of facts or evidence will work for those deeply entrenched in the belief that the government’s role is to keep them safe. It is not the role of the government to keep you safe from illness and certainly not worth sacrificing your freedom and posterity to corrupt politicians. Alas, when they do awaken from their deep sleep, by all estimates it will be too late.
I have tried to walk away from this fight, many times, but it is just not in my nature or character to give up, when I know that so much is at stake. As a Christian, it is my duty to proclaim what is true, because there are people who are listening and want to find the light. So, as is recorded in Galatians 6:9, “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” I will not give up and I will not turn off my light.
What if you were wrong? What if what the media has told you about the SARs-COV2 biologics is actually wrong? What if the people who told you not to get it, were right all along? How will you reconcile that? What if that one decision has altered your immune function, forever and that any virus or bacteria that comes along can overtake your immune system to the point of serious illness or worse… death?
Will it have been worth it? Is your faith that fragile?
This past year has been baffling to me in so many ways. The level of blind trust and willful obedience has been quite interesting to watch. In many ways heartbreaking. Some of the most outspoken people that I have ever known have crumbled under the weight of being “in this together,” instead of standing on what is actually true. They have forsaken their own sovereignty/ bodily autonomy for safety, because the government told them they had to do so to protect, that unicorn of the most vulnerable. Never asking for proof, but eerily compliant.
Until this plandemic hit the shores of our great nation, socialism/communism had only been something that I read about in textbooks and online. I never would have thought in my lifetime, that the land of the free would fall to such an evil ideology so easily. Many of my friends and family have knowingly or unknowingly accepted that complete adherence to government is the only way out. This thinking is counter to our very foundation as Americans. Our government was established around the idea of freedom from governmental tyranny and liberty for the individual. Yet, here we are. Whatever the government takes, will not be returned.
I have no idea, how this will come to a conclusion. I would have thought, in a so called, “mask-free” state that they would be gone by now. Sadly, that is not so, even here in Georgia. We are in many ways, almost where we were except for those that have gotten the biologics and feel a renewed sense of freedom to not mask up. Yet, they still fail to understand that they were already free, but their own ignorance and cowardice kept them locked behind a piece of cloth terrorized by an invisible enemy. An enemy that is best defeated by a strong and robust immune system.
This is my last post on this topic as there really is nothing left to be said. Fear is a stronger opponent than logic and reason in the minds of many and for my hearts sake, I am walking away. Not because I don’t care, but because I don’t know of anything else that I could add to get people to understand that God alone, is the only one we should ever entrust with our bodies.
I am at peace now. I am going to busy myself with what is next for me and my children and I will leave my light on for the wandering soul that still wants answers. I will be here for you.

If I could boil my research down to one theme or two, I’d say that connection and self reliance resonate across a broad swath of people. It’s quite apparent that more and more people want food security particularly after this past year. I can certainly appreciate that!
While I am not yet ready to dive full steam into homesteading, I am certainly ready to begin the preparations. I envision myself and the kids starting our day digging in the dirt followed by breakfast, Bible study and books ( we homeschool), I see so much joy, laughter, gathering of friends and family and overflowing peace. I can totally see our little farmhouse surrounded by flowers, dogs, cats, chickens and maybe a couple of goats, just because.
Just writing about homesteading makes me happy, perhaps it’s because of the memories of summers spent in the country, picking cucumbers, green beans and zucchini from my great aunt’s garden or perhaps it’s the memory of the fresh mint that grew alongside the path that led to my grandmother’s back door. Or just maybe, it’s the memory of my father coming home at the end of a long day of work, taking off his suit to go and spend an hour or so working in our backyard garden before coming in to eat dinner.
Whatever it is, I believe that it will be wonderful!
